With Freinsheim, Herxheim am Berg, Erpolzheim and Weisenheim am Sand, four of our villages in the Freinsheim holiday region are connected to the regional rail network with their own train stop and can therefore be reached well, the trains run regularly from Mannheim junction or from the direction of Neustadt in the south and Gruenstadt in the north.

To find the most convenient connection to the German Wine Route for you, you can use the Deutsche Bahn travel information service.

Kallstadt, Weisenheim am Berg and Bobenheim am Berg are connected to the public transport system via bus line 453 of the Rhine-Neckar Transport Association (VRN). From the Bad Duerkheim and Gruenstadt railway stations, you can reach the villagesin less than 15 minutes. Find timetable information linked here and you will get a complete overview of the connections from Monday to Sunday.(information in German language only, insert "453" and choose Bad Duerkheim bus line).
